  • Tenants at time of sale included Pivotal Touch Healing, Miraki Skin Therapy, Mobile Chef, Raintree Transplant, Sympson & Associates and Healthy Glow Spray Tans.
  • The transaction was financed by BancorpSouth Bank at 3.09% interest for 30 years.
  • The property last sold in 2019 for $1,450,000.
  • The asking cap rate was 5.66%.  The sold cap rate was 5.8%.
  • The asking price was $3,300,000.
  • The property just sold for $3,000,000…the equivalent of $405/SF.
