In general, the approval process would require Site Plan approval for the wastewater system or septic systems, Concept Plan approval, Preliminary Plat approval and Final Plat approval for the subdivision. The entirety of the Williamson County (WC) Zoning Ordinance, WC Subdivision Regulations, and the WC Stormwater Regulations, as well as other applicable County Regulations, will apply to the development.  An informational meeting with an engineer/surveyor and pre-application meeting is required for each of the approvals steps listed above.

Arrington is an unincorporated community near Franklin in Williamson County, Tennessee.  The Arrington area is known for its rolling hills.
